Italian cuisine has developed through centuries of social and political changes from all over Europe and even Middle East. Italian cuisine is noted for its regional diversity, abundance of difference in taste, and is known to be one of the most popular in the world, with influences abroad. Ingredients and dishes vary by region. Espresso Coffee, Cheese and wine are a major part of the cuisine. This course is aimed to make aware all the interested students about various popular Italian dishes, ingredients, sauces, wines, cheese etc. The course certainly provides overview of Italian cuisine.
Thai cuisine is the national cuisine of Thailand which places emphasis on lightly-prepared dishes with strong aromatic components. Thai cuisine is known for being spicy and its popularity is growing and crossing boundaries of many countries far and near. Thai food is known for its balance of the five fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overall meal: spicy, sour, sweet, salty, and bitter. This course is aimed at interested students to know details of Thai Cuisine such as basic ingredients, spices, herbs, basic processes, curies, deserts etc along with regional variations.. The course will cover overall Thai Cuisine in general.
